Please note that some provisions in these Terms may only apply to certain categories of Users. By using this Application, Users confirm to meet the following requirements:

There are no restrictions for Users in terms of being Consumers or Business Users;

Account registration

To use the Service, Users may register or create a User account, providing all required data or information in a complete and truthful manner.
Users may also use the Service without registering or creating a User account, however, this may cause limited availability of certain features or functions.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and safe. For this reason, Users are also required to choose passwords that meet the highest standards of strength permitted by this Application.

By registering, Users agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username and password.
Users are required to immediately and unambiguously inform the Owner via the contact details indicated in this document if they think their personal information, including but not limited to User accounts, access credentials or personal data, have been violated, unduly disclosed or stolen.

Account termination

Users can terminate their account and stop using the Service at any time by doing the following:

Account suspension and deletion

The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete at any time and without notice, User accounts that it deems inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these Terms.

The suspension or deletion of User accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.

The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the User does not exempt the User from paying any applicable fees or prices.

Content on this Application

Unless where otherwise specified or clearly recognisable, all content available on this Application is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors.

The Owner undertakes its utmost effort to ensure that the content provided on this Application infringes no applicable legal provisions or third-party rights. However, it may not always be possible to achieve such a result.
In such cases, without prejudice to any legal prerogatives of Users to enforce their rights, Users are kindly asked to preferably report related complaints using the contact details provided in this document.

Rights regarding content on this Application – All rights reserved

The Owner holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for any such content.

Users may not, therefore, use such content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the Service.

In particular, but without limitation, Users may not copy, download, share (beyond the limits set forth below), modify, translate, transform, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer/assign to third parties or create derivative works from the content available on this Application, nor allow any third party to do so through the User or their device, even without the User’s knowledge.

Where explicitly stated on this Application, the User may download, copy and/or share some content available through this Application for its sole personal and non-commercial use and provided that the copyright attributions and all the other attributions requested by the Owner are correctly implemented.

Any applicable statutory limitation or exception to copyright shall stay unaffected.

Delivery and Cancellation Policy

Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location, courier service, and order volume.

Delivery is considered complete when the goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect from the delivery depot, the goods may be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any associated delivery and return costs from the refund amount or to charge for re-delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or supply shortages).

Delivery Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@toadtapes.co.uk.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns procedure outlined in the Refund Policy below.

Should the order be cancelled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Refund Policy

Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)

If you are a Consumer under UK law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us by email at info@toadtapes.co.uk with your order details. You may also use any clear written statement to inform us of your decision to cancel.

Returns Process

After notifying us of your intent to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of doing so. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence or ask for the item to be returned for inspection.

Where a fault is confirmed, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.

Exclusions

The right to cancel and refund does not apply to:

Goods that have been opened or used and cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons;
Customised or personalised items;
Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
